House Conditions

• Check-in takes place at 3:00 p.m. In case of early arrival, you can leave your luggage and even enjoy the facilities such as the swimming pool and common areas while waiting for your room to be ready. If your room is ready before check-in time, you can occupy it.
•  Departure is at noon. If you wish to stay longer in the room, we kindly ask you to inform our staff. Depending on the availability we have, we will gladly give you the extension which has an additional cost (the cost depends on how much extra time you need).

We pride ourselves on being a Family Villa and our aim is for you to enjoy a family holiday. Children of all ages are permitted..

• We are not located by the sea, however you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and its surroundings.

To get to Puerto Ángel, Zipolite, San Agustinillo, Mazunte and to the airports of Huatulco and Puerto Escondido, there is a taxi service. Please ask our staff and they will be happy to request the transportation service you require.

• Another option that is within your reach is the following: on foot to the main road, (about 500 meters), you can take public transport which has a service from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., which takes you to the different beaches.
• To return to Casa Blanca del Faro, you will find a taxi service in each village.
• If you have a vehicle, Casa Blanca del Faro offers free covered parking inside the property.

Pets are welcome .

THE COSTS.

All prices are for the whole house, in Mexican pesos. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this advertisement. Prices apply in the Mexican Republic and are subject to change without notice.

However, if you have a confirmed booking with a deposit, or have already made full payment,

the price will not be subject to change.

Personal expenses are not included, such as excursions, sports activities, drinks, snacks, etc.

Children under 6 years old must share the room with their parents. Casa Blanca del faro may request verification of the age of children.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Our customers will be able to check in from 3:00 p.m. (local time), please note that if you arrive before this time, your room may not be immediately available.

Departure time is at 12:00 p.m. You can request the departure time for later, with an additional cost.

However, it is not guaranteed as it depends on availability. Please consult our staff in advance.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be made, per room, in order to confirm said reservation and avoid its automatic cancellation.

PAYMENT METHODS:

· Bank deposits at the following banks: HSBC, Scotiabank, Banamex, Credit Mutuel, specified at the time of your reservation.

· Bank transfers to CLABE, specified at the time of booking.

· Deposits in OXXO stores, specified at the time of your reservation.

· Money received directly at Casa Blanca del faro.

· Payments via PayPal, a 6% commission is applied.

· We do not accept payment by credit or debit card.

PROCEDURE

When making your deposit or transfer, it is necessary to send a copy of the deposit slip or receipt to the email casablancafelfaro@gmail.com with the following information:

Payment for the reservation must be made within 48 working hours of receipt of the availability confirmation email sent by Casa Blanca del faro. The rest must be covered when the client arrives at the Casa Blanca del faro facilities.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event that the payment corresponding to the reservation is not received in time, it will be automatically cancelled.

In case of cancellation when booking, the cancellation will be subject to the following charges:

The guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.

The guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.

If the cancellation is made after the dates indicated, guests will not get any refund.

In the holiday season from December 15 to January 7, no refund of the deposit is applied..

MINORS AND CHILDREN WITHOUT ACCOMPANIMENT

Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Casa Blanca del faro reserves the right to refuse the sale and/or service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with policies

ACTIVITIES
